TwoTickets Terms of Use

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By accessing, browsing, or using the TwoTickets platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms” or “Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and any other related agreements. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

  2. MODIFICATION TO TERMS: TwoTickets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES: By using TwoTickets, you implicitly accept that you will abide by all rules, guidelines, and policies outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  4. TERMINATION OF USE: You acknowledge that your use of the platform is voluntary, and you can cease using it at any time. However, continued access or use after changes to terms indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

  5. COMMUNICATION OF CHANGES: While TwoTickets will endeavor to communicate any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to regularly review them to stay informed. Continued use after such changes have been posted implies your acceptance.

  6. ELIGIBILITY

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws.

  7. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY; YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Before you create an account on TwoTickets, ensure that you meet all eligibility requirements. This section outlines what you can and cannot do while using our services and the rights you grant to TwoTickets.

    You are not authorized to create an account or use the TwoTickets services unless all of the following statements are true. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

    1. You are an individual (i.e., not a corporation, partnership, or other business entity) at least 18 years old;

    2. You are legally qualified to enter into a binding contract with TwoTickets;

    3. You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country by the U.S. government;

    4. You are not listed on any U.S. government lists prohibiting individuals from conducting business (such as the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or any other similar list);

    5. You are not prohibited by law from using our services;

    6. You have not committed, been convicted of, or pled no contest to any felony or indictable offense (or a crime of similar severity), sex crime, or any crime involving violence or threats of violence, unless you have received clemency for a non-violent crime and we have determined that you do not pose a threat to other users;

    7. You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal, or local sex offender registry;

    8. You do not have more than one account on our services; and

    9. You have not previously been removed from our services or those of our affiliates unless you have received express written permission from us to create a new account.

    If, at any time, you no longer meet these requirements, your authorization to access our services is automatically revoked, and you must immediately delete your account. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services without prior notice.

    You Agree to:

    1. Comply with these Terms and check this page regularly for updates;

    2. Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, and regulatory requirements;

    3. Use the latest version of the website and/or app;

    4. Review the Safety Tips;

    5. Review and comply with the Community Guidelines, as updated periodically; and

    6. Take reasonable measures to protect the security of your login information.

    You Agree That You Will Not:

    1. Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations;

    2. Use the services in a way that damages or disrupts them or prevents their use by others;

    3. Use the services to interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the platform, servers, or networks;

    4. Use the services for harmful, illegal, or nefarious purposes, including financial crimes like money laundering;

    5. Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, defame, or otherwise cause harm or psychological distress;

    6. Post or share prohibited content (see below);

    7. Solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users, or share someone else's personal information without permission;

    8. Solicit money or other valuable items from other users;

    9. Use another user's account;

    10. Use the services for fraudulent activities, pyramid schemes, or similar practices;

    11. Use the services to finance political campaigns or influence elections, other than sharing your own personal political opinions;

    12. Violate the terms of the license granted to you by TwoTickets (see Section 6);

    13. Disclose private or proprietary information you are not authorized to disclose;

    14. Copy, modify, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our services without TwoTickets' prior written consent;

    15. Imply any endorsement by TwoTickets for statements you make;

    16. Use any automated tools (robots, crawlers, etc.) to access, retrieve, or reproduce our services or their content;

    17. Upload viruses or malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of our services;

    18. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of information transmitted through our services;

    19. "Frame" or "mirror" any part of our services without prior written authorization from TwoTickets;

    20. Use meta tags or code that references TwoTickets or its trademarks to direct people to another website;

    21. Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of our services;

    22. Develop or use third-party applications that interact with our services without written consent;

    23. Access or publish the TwoTickets API without written consent;

    24. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our services;

    25. Encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms;

    26. Create a new account after your account has been suspended or terminated, unless with express permission;

    27. Submit false or misleading reports about a member’s behavior or content or abuse the reporting system.

    The license granted to you under these Terms and any authorization to access the services will be automatically revoked if you engage in any of the activities listed above.

    Prohibited Content

    TwoTickets prohibits uploading or sharing content that:

    1. Could reasonably be deemed offensive, harassing, or abusive;

    2. Is obscene, pornographic, or violent, or contains nudity;

    3. Promotes racism, sexism, hatred, or bigotry;

    4. Encourages illegal activities or terrorism;

    5. Promotes self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or violent extremism;

    6. Is defamatory, libelous, or false;

    7. Relates to commercial activities like sales, promotions, or advertising, or promotes solicitation for services such as "sugar daddy" or "sugar baby" relationships;

    8. Facilitates spam or transmission of malicious content;

    9. Involves spyware, viruses, or malicious code that interrupts or damages services;

    10. Infringes upon third-party rights, such as intellectual property or privacy;

    11. Was not written by you, unless expressly authorized by TwoTickets;

    12. Includes the image or likeness of another person without consent;

    13. Depicts a minor engaged in inappropriate or sexual activity;

    14. Is inconsistent with the intended use of the services; or

    15. May harm the reputation of TwoTickets or its affiliates.

    Uploading or sharing prohibited content may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

  8. CONTENT

    Understanding your rights and responsibilities regarding the content on TwoTickets is essential. This includes content you provide or post, which should not be inappropriate.

    While using our services, you will have access to:

    1. Content you upload or provide while using our services ("Your Content");

    2. Content other users upload or provide while using our services ("Member Content");

    3. Content TwoTickets provides ("Our Content").

    "Content" includes all text, images, video, audio, or other material, including information on user profiles and direct messages.

    Your Content:
    You are solely responsible for Your Content and agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims related to Your Content. You must not upload any prohibited content or display personal information, such as contact or banking details. Your Content may be viewed and shared by others, and you grant us a license to use it as provided under Section 7. We may monitor or remove content at our discretion.

    Member Content:
    Member Content belongs to the user who posted it. You must not misuse it for commercial purposes, harassment, or unlawful activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse Member Content.

    Third party content

    Content belonging to partners and affiliates and content belonging to API providers, obtained via EULA terms of those providers. These are provided on an as-is basis and TwoTickets does not take any responsibility of such content.

  9. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT AND MISCONDUCT; REPORTING

    TwoTickets does not tolerate inappropriate content or behavior. We are committed to maintaining a positive community, and we encourage you to report any inappropriate content or misconduct. We may take necessary actions, including banning users from our services and those of our affiliates, if violations occur.

  10. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION


    3a. ACCOUNT CREATION

    To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    3b. ACCOUNT SECURITY

    You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

  11. USER CONDUCT

    You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

    • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.

    • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise offensive.

    • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.

    • Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.

    • Engage in any form of automated data collection, including scraping, crawling, or data mining, without our prior written consent.

  12. USER CONTENT


    5a. OWNERSHIP

    You retain ownership of any content, such as photos, messages, or profile information, that you post or transmit through the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App and our business operations.


    5b. RESPONSIBILITY

    You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or transmitting it. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any User Content or any opinions expressed therein.


    5c. CONTENT MODERATION

    We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

  13. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS


    6a. FREE AND PAID FEATURES

    The App may offer both free and paid features. Access to certain features may require a subscription. Details of products available for subscription are described on the subscription page and also on the TwoTickets App

    6b. REFUND POLICY

    All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team.

  14. TERMINATION


    7a. TERMINATION BY YOU

    You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App or contacting our support team. Terminating your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.


    7b. TERMINATION BY US

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

  15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App or contacting our support team. Terminating your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

  16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


    9a. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.


    9b. ARBITRATION

    Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization]. The arbitration will take place in [Location], and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.


    9c. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

    You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
